        Problem Solving Method
        "Before you get stressed or feeling down about something, sit down and problem solve."
 
        The Method:
        
            - Use a pencil and paper, a notes app, or a computer notepad.
 
            - In one or two sentences write out what the problem is.
 
            - Brainstorm solutions to the problem and write them down.
 
            - Choose one of the solutions that you like best.
 
            - Write down the steps to take for that solution.
 
            - TRY your solution. Review how it works, and repeat this process as needed!
