Problem Solving Method

"Before you get stressed or feeling down about something, sit down and problem solve."

The Method:

  1. Use a pencil and paper, a notes app, or a computer notepad.
  2. In one or two sentences write out what the problem is.
  3. Brainstorm solutions to the problem and write them down.
  4. Choose one of the solutions that you like best.
  5. Write down the steps to take for that solution.
  6. TRY your solution. Review how it works, and repeat this process as needed!
